Outdoor Public Concrete Skatepark built in October 2015 by Maverick Industries.

Parking available near the Rossmore Leisure Center, Herbert Ave, BH12 4HR. There is also a Tesco Express down the road at 184 Herbert Ave, BH12 4HU if you need a bite to eat or drink.

There is a bus stop on Good Shepherd Church, Herbert Ave (16, 17, 447) right next to the Leisure Center.

Parkstone Rail Station is roughly a 45 minute walk to the park.
